Fujica AX-5

Manufactured from 1980 to 1985, the Fujica AX-5 was a 35mm single lens reflex (SLR) camera. The AX-5 was Fujica's top of the line 35mm SLR and featured an automatic program mode along with shutter and aperture priority modes. Full manual exposure control was also available on the Fujica AX-5. Despite only being in production for five years, a wide variety of lenses and accessories were available for the Fujica AX-5.

Fujica AX-5 Tribute

This site is a tribute to the Fujica AX-5, one of the most advanced SLRs of the 1980s. According to Fuji, the AX-5 combines cybernation with a 7,000 element micro-computer to offer automatic exposure compensation along with six different exposure modes.
